Why do we ask for your details?

Your name, company and email let us answer your request and set up a ViuTour trial. The plan you’re interested in and your message help us understand what you need. There’s no need to include sensitive information.

Who handles your request?

Sergi Bel Salvadó, who runs the ViuTour project. You can write to info@viutour.com with questions about how your data is processed, or to ask for it to be corrected or erased.

What happens when you send the form?

The website’s server emails your details to the info@viutour.com mailbox, hosted on Microsoft 365, which provides the email service as a data processor. We only show the confirmation once Microsoft 365 has accepted the message. The website doesn’t store your details in any database or in your browser. Sending the form expresses your interest in being contacted to arrange the trial; it isn’t a subscription to marketing communications.

On what basis, and for how long?

We process your details because you ask us to when you send the form (consent and steps prior to a possible contract, Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). We keep them while we handle your request and, if no contract follows, delete them within twelve months at most. We don’t share them with third parties or use them for advertising.

What are your rights?

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@viutour.com. If you feel we haven’t handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website uses no advertising cookies or analytics tracking tools. Images and fonts are loaded from the website itself. External links are governed by the privacy information of their destinations.
