What’s included?
Original audio, translation into more than 60 languages (six are switched on in the app by default: Catalan, Spanish, English, French, German and Italian; the rest are switched on on request), unlimited guides, QR access and translated visitor questions. Original audio doesn’t use language hours.
Usage and extra hours
One language hour is one translated language listened to for one hour. Only the time with the microphone open and someone listening to the translation counts. Pausing the translation stops the counter. Hours for several languages and groups add up; the number of listeners doesn’t multiply usage.
Extra hours cost €5/h. That month we charge whichever is cheaper: the extra hours or the next plan up. A tour in progress is never cut short for lack of hours.
Flexibility
- No set-up fee for the standard configuration and no lock-in.
- Monthly hours don’t roll over.
- Any plan change you ask for applies from the following month.
- Free winter pause of up to four months, keeping your account, guides and glossary.
Occasional use or higher volume
Pack with no subscription: €69 for 10 language hours, valid for 12 months. If you need more than 100 hours, contact us and we’ll prepare a proposal.
Free trial
Your first real tour is free: up to two hours and two translation languages, once per company. We coordinate beforehand so that everything is ready on the day.
How to sign up
Requesting a trial doesn’t commit you to anything or involve any charge. We’ll confirm the plan, the sign-up and the payment method with you before any paid service starts.
